HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN YOU ARE ALONE

Many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness. However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest. A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again. Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital. Tell as many other people as possible about this. It could save their lives!! A cardiologist says If everyone who sees this post shares it to 10 people, you can

He said he was sure that there would not have been any need for the huge subsidies currently being paid to importers if the development of the country’s domestic refining capacity and petroleum products distribution network had kept pace with national demand. “They (past administrations) allowed the infrastructure to collapse so that their cronies can steal by bringing in refined products from overseas.”

Scientists Say They Found a Way to Block HIV in Semen.

A tweezer shaped molecule could offer a more effective method for preventing the spread of HIV and hepatitis C through seminal transmission. The molecule, CLR01, has already proven successful in tests and mice and zebrafish. Positive results in early trials has led an international team of scientists at the University of Pennsylvania and Germany’s Ulm University to suggest the molecule could effectively prevent HIV transmission as a vaginal or anal gel. CLR01 has been shown to not only destroy HIV particles but to also block the development of amyloid fibrils polymers in semen. These tenacious fibers, which help make HIV so infectious, are formed when normally soluble proteins assemble to form insoluble fibers resistant to degradation. The team behind the molecule study believes CLR01 will be particularly effective because it can launch this two-pronged attack against HIV.
