Under the law, the NCC's has the power to grant or revoke permits.

What would you do when you hack into your girlfriend’s social account and found out she had been exchanging naked pictures with a secret lover?

I (Name withheld) had been suspecting my girlfriend may have been cheating on me. I started  noticing changes in her behavior. She stops listening; she was always on a long calls whenever I try pulling a call through her. She gives excuses why she can’t be at my place at a certain time as she used to.  She always had new make ups, new clothes, new shoes, new everything. She smiles differently. And whenever she finally comes to my place, her text messages and call history are always wiped clean. She now uses password on her phone; she regularly changes the passwords whenever I ask for the previous one This give me no doubt than to conclude she is seeing some else, something she always denies.  I used to have access to her social accounts, and I was shocked that the passwords had been changed too. This new reality disturbs me greatly. So, an idea came up in my head “hack her social account” it will be a good start finding out the truth. My girlfriend was a dummy; she

US destroyer pokes China in the South China Sea.

A U.S. Navy destroyer sailed within 12 miles of China’s made artificial islands in the South China Sea. This is a direct challenge to Beijing that raises the stakes in an expanding, multination territorial dispute.  China had earlier warn the US it will not stand for violations of its territorial waters in the name of freedom of navigation, as the United States considers sailing warships close to China's artificial islands in the South China Sea. China also warn the US it will consider using it military might in case the US violates its territorial waters

Nike Launches Self Lacing Shoes

Many years ago Nike was asked to collaborate with “Back to the future”, a movie that would feature scenes set in the futuristic world of 2015, the brand was challenged to imagine sneakers that would be worn by the inhabitants of the advanced era. Nike’s innovation team took that task further.  The resulting shoe model, Nike Mag, reinvented the conventional lacing system, integrating it into an inimitable shoe model.  October 22nd 2015, The giant company delivered a gift to Michael J. Fox introducing the innovation to the shoe’s first, and most celebrated, wearer. Huseyn Iskhanov was a general in the Chechen army which fought a bloody war against Russian troops The assessment from Huseyn Iskhanov came as Syrian president Bashar al-Assad visited Moscow for talks with president Vladimir Putin. leaving many concerned about where Russian support for his regime could now lead. Russia's about a month  bombing of Syria's rebels campaign has given the Assad forces the ability to launch significant counter-attacks amid widespread reports rebel groups other than  the Islamic State are the key and main target. Huseyn Iskhanov, a  Chechen  general  army fought against Russian rule during the war of 1994 to 1996, he and his family fled to Austria in 2004. Syria air strikes pushes Russia President Vladimir Putin's ratings to a new high

Russian President Vladimir Putin's approval rating has hit a record high of almost 90 percent, primarily as a result of his decision to launch air strikes against Islamist militants in Syria, Russia's state pollster said on Thursday. VTsIOM, the pollster, said Putin's rating had reached 89.9 percent in October, up from a previous high of 89.1 percent in June. In January 2012, it put his rating at 58.8 percent.  "Such a high level of approval for the work of the Russian president is linked, in the first instance, to events in Syria, to Russian air strikes on terrorist positions there," VTsIOM said in a statement. Russia's air force says it has flown over 700 sorties against more than 690 targets in Syria since Sept. 30, a campaign to which state TV has given blanket coverage. Before the strikes, polls showed Russians were wary about the risks of Kremlin involvement in the Middle East. But a poll conducted earlier this month showed that 72 percent had a bro

Facebook Giant, Mark Zuckerberg wants everyone to read this book!!!

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg's 2015 New Year's resolution was to read an important book every two weeks and discuss it with the Facebook community. Zuckerberg's book club, a Year of Books focused on big ideas that influence society and business. He's broken up these heavy books with some lighter science fiction, as he's done with his 20th pick, Liu Cixin's "The Three-Body Problem." The Three Body Problem was first published in China in 2008, and the English translation that came out last year won the 2015 Hugo Award for Best Novel, an award for sci-fi book of the year. It's set during Mao Zedong's Cultural Revolution, and kicks off when an alien race decides to invade Earth after the Chinese government covertly sends a signal into space. Zuckerberg's science fiction picks may be lighter fare than his other selections, but they all have some cultural relevance he's trying to tap into. With "The Three Body Problem," it's

US criticizes Russia's red carpet for Assad

This is president Assad's first overseas trip since civil war broke out in Syria in 2011. Mr Assad in a visit to Moscow made a point of expressing his gratitude for Russia's military intervention in the conflict. He said Russia's involvement had stopped "terrorism" becoming "more widespread and harmful" in Syria. Russia's president and also the most powerful man in the world, Vladimir Putin said Moscow's hope was that a "long-term resolution can be achieved on the basis of a political process with the participation of all political forces, ethnic and religious groups". President Vladimir Putin sends a very clear message to the West - that Moscow is a key player in the Middle East, and that there can be no solution to the Syrian conflict without Russia's involvement. White House spokesman Eric Schultz told reporters: "We view the red carpet welcome for Assad, who has used chemical weapons against his own people, at odds wit

top Doctor claims A daily aspirin can help women get pregnant

PHOTOS: 100year-old woman still works 11-hour days, 6 days a week, in laundrette

Felimina  Rotundo works in her local laundry shop, washing clothes and handling dry cleaning, from 7am to 6pm every day, 6 days a week. She is100years-old, with no intention of retiring any time soon. She was born in 1915 and started work at the age of 15, during the Great Depression. She’s worked in the area for nearly 40 years, and when she first started at the College Laundry Shoppe in Buffalo, she only made about 25 cents for washes. She says she continues to work because ‘it gives her something to do.’ ‘I talk to people all day; I do a few bundles. It’s being out,’ she says. ‘Getting up in the morning and you say “I have to go to work,” it does something for you.’ While she’s not entirely against retirement, she thinks the acceptable age is around 75, and only if you’re in poor health. Otherwise, she reckons, ‘too many old people are retiring too young.’ Her advice? ‘Get out and do some work.’

Cuban military surface in Syria to prop up Assad's regime

Cuban paramilitary and special forces units have been spotted on Syrian grounds possibly to aid President Bashar al-Assad and assist Russia in fighting the rebel forces, according to US intelligence reports. Citing an official who spoke under the condition of anonymity, two Russian planes landed at Damascus airport and unloaded Cuban troops. The troops were said to man Russian-made tanks to aid Damascus in fighting rebel forces backed by the US. There were also reports that the head of Cuba's armed forces was seen in Syria leading a group of Cuban military personnel joining forces with Russia in their support of Assad. "When the troops were asked by an Arab military officer at the Damascus airport they told him they were there to assist Assad and that they are experts at operating Russian tanks,'' Jaime Suchlicki, the institute's executive director, said. "It doesn't surprise me... they have a very close relationship," Suchlicki told Fox News,

Wife Busted by her Husband after Snapchat Revealed Another man's Boots in her hotel room

An unidentified husband has allegedly busted his wife 'cheating' after she sent him a series of lingerie clad snap chats from her hotel room - with a man's boots resting on the floor behind her. The series of photos were published on the website The Chive, but many have questioned their authenticity with some dismissing the cheating scandal, photos and subsequent text messages as 'fake'. The snap chats were sent by a woman known as Chelsea, who is shown posing provocatively for the camera while wearing a skimpy black G-string and matching black push-up bra. 'Hotel Room! Going to Sleep Soon,' she wrote in one snap chat, her arms resting behind her head. But it was the second photo, that showed a man's boots tucked under the TV cabinet, that caught Chelsea out. 'One more before bed,' she wrote alongside the picture of her from behind. What followed was a fiery text message from her husband. Who is with you in the hotel room?' he wr

Pope refused to respond to the nomination of France openly gay diplomat 'Laurent Stefanini' to the Vatican

France says she will forgo having an ambassador to Vatican City before French presidential elections scheduled for 2017 after the Pope refused to accept the openly gay diplomat selected for the role by the French Government. Laurent Stefanini is openly gay and was announced as France’s preferred candidate for the role in April, having previously served as France’s number two diplomat in Vatican City from 2001 to 2005. The Archbishop of Paris, Cardinal André Vingt-Trois sent a letter to Pope Francis to support the French Government’s choice of ambassador. Stefanini was rejected despite being a practicing Catholic who has neither married or entered into a civil partnership. The issue seems to have been that he is openly gay. The Vatican simply refused to comment or acknowledge the French Government’s nomination of Stefanini for the role and, according to a report by Liberation, the government has now given up on getting a response. However the french  government thinks there will

Mexico extradites 13 high profile cons

In what appears to be a narco consolation prize for fugitive drug lord Joaquín “Chapo” Guzmán, this week the Mexican Attorney General’s Office extradited 13 high profile criminals, among them the notorious kingpin Edgar Valdez Villarreal, better known as “La Barbie.” Mexican authorities announced the group extradition after a series of high-level meetings between U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch and Mexican counterpart Arely Gomez. The U.S. had previously requested the extradition of Chapo Guzmán, just prior to his escape from a Mexican prison. Instead, they’re getting 13 other criminals who were rounded up this week from different maximum security facilities in Mexico and handed over to U.S. agents at the Toluca airport, on the outskirts of Mexico City. The mass extradition marks a pivot for the Mexican government, which was previously reluctant to process U.S. extradition requests, claiming these criminals had to face Mexican justice first. In January, prior to Chapo’s escape, t

We can’t let EU relations with Russia be dictated by US, European Commission President Claude Juncker laments

Europe must improve its relationship with Russia, and should not let this be something decided by Washington, Claude Juncker said on Thursday (8 October). The European Union joined the United States in imposing sanctions on Russia last year over its annexation of Crimea from Ukraine, and tightened them after separatists launched a rebellion in the east of the country with the backing of Russia. Relations between Moscow and the West have taken a further turn for the worse since Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered a bombing campaign in Syria, against opponents of President Bashar al-Assad. Juncker said tensions had to be eased, even if this was not necessarily popular. "We must make efforts towards a practical relationship with Russia. It is not sexy but that must be the case, we can't go on like this," he said at an event in the southern German town of Passau. Last week, US President Barack Obama accused Putin of acting out of a position of weakness to defend

Chinese army prepares for offensive in Syria

Russia carried out a series of deadly airstrikes against the terrorist group over the last few days and Vladimir Putin has now sent the country’s most elite special forces team into the war zone. And speculation is heightening that offensive will be bolstered by the China’s People’s Liberation Army, following a number of reports of military movements in the region backed up by strong words from a senior government member at a United Nations meeting. Reports emanating from the Middle East last week said China was planning on joining the fight against ISIS “in the coming weeks”, according to a Syrian army official.

Ebola hits Nigeria again, 15 quarantined in Calabar

The authorities of the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital (UCTH)  disclosed that 15 persons confirmed to have had contacts with a patient with “symptoms mimicking viral hemorrhagic fever” have been quarantined. As at Wednesday when the patient, a man, died about 2.00p.m., there was general apprehension within and outside the hospital that the deceased had presented symptoms of Ebola Virus Disease (EVD). Smugglers Have Tried to Sell Nuclear Materials to ISIS and Other Terrorists, Report Says

The Associated Press has learned that gangs with Russian ties are driving a thriving black market in nuclear materials in eastern Europe, often with the explicit intent of connecting sellers to Middle Eastern extremist groups. Authorities working with the FBI have interrupted four attempts by gangs shopping radioactive material in Moldova, a small country in Eastern Europe. The latest known case came in February, when a smuggler offered radioactive cesium, specifically seeking an Islamic State buyer. The most serious case came in 2011, when a man expressing hatred for the U.S. tried to sell bomb-grade uranium to a Sudanese buyer. Successful busts were compromised by striking shortcomings: Key suspects got away; prison sentences were surprisingly short; and gang leaders may have escaped with the bulk of their nuclear contraband.

Another Bill Cosby accuser files sexual assault lawsuit

A woman filed a lawsuit against Bill Cosby on Tuesday alleging sexual assault, saying the veteran comedian drugged and molested her at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles in 2008, when she was a minor. The civil lawsuit filed at U.S. District Court in California's Central District, charges Cosby with "childhood sexual abuse," demanding a jury trial and damages exceeding $75,000. Chloe Goins joins more than 50 women who have come forward publicly over the past year with allegations against the now 78-year-old Cosby including drugging, sexual harassment, sexual assault and rape. In most cases, the incidents date back decades, putting them outside the statute of limitations for legal action, but Goins' allegations, coming within eight years of her turning 18, fall within California's legal code. "Today I recognize that I've taken legal action that many of the other victims of Bill Cosby will never be able to take," Goins told reporters outside the Lo
