Xavier Prevatt, 25, repeatedly kicked his ex-girlfriend, Selina Bidace in the head when she refused to have sex with him in a London park has been jailed for two years

Xavier Prevatt lured Selina Bidace to Primrose Hill, north London, late at night under the pretense of apologizing to her. But when Selina arrived, Xavier demanded sex in which Selina refused.

Xavier then told Selina she wasn't going to use her looks to get a new man before he started punching her to the floor. This happened on the 5th of December.

Xavier then threatened to rape Selina as he kicked and stamped on her head.She was left with bruises to her face and body and a fractured nose.

Xavier admitted racially aggravated assault and assault causing actual bodily harm.

Xavier was dragged before a Judge after been arrested. The Judge said: ‘Any man who assaults their partner or ex-partner with violence commits a very serious offence. ‘This was a sustained assault. When she refused sex you punched her, she went to the ground and you repeatedly kicked her. ‘You even continued to attack her when she called the police.’

Selina said when she arrived Xavier told her to scream as she likes and that no one will hear her.

Xavier was previously jailed for ten months for punching an unknown person in the street.

Selina and Xavier had met on Facebook but broke up after dating for just a couple of months.
