Report says no fewer than 19 persons have been killed in a cult clash in Idoha and Ulapata communities in Ahoada East Local Government Area of Rivers State, Nigeria. Cult rival groups have been locked in a battle for supremacy which led to the setting up of a vigilante group called Isakaba boys by the ruler of the community to curb the activities of gang members.
In a fresh attack, it was gathered that suspected rival cult members believed to be the Greenlanders had on Saturday wiped out a family of four persons in Idoha community in the same Local Government Area who were later identified as members of the other rival cultist group.
An eye witness said a gang members from the other rival cultists group called the Iceland in an act of retaliation against the Greenlanders cult group attacked early hour of today laid siege to Ulafata community and allegedly killed 15 people.

The Ulapata community has been deserted after the killings and an alleged fresh letter issued to the community.
The Public Relations Officer of the Rivers State Police Command, Grace Koko said that the command was aware of cult related war but that the number of casualties remain unknown at the the moment.
