The former student who describes himself as openly gay had been graciously looking forward to attending the event with his father, Christopher, a member of the school's board.
The 20 year old gay had been told to wear a suit for the occasion, but he arrived in a black leather trousers, a white shirt and bow tie, trousers and boots but was asked to leave by the school authority.
The 20 year old without a word graciously left the event, his father got so angry and said rather than stay to fulfill his board member duties, he would leave with his son.
The 20 year old gay's father further expressed his anger: 'If he's not good enough for that event, neither am I,' he said.
The father then concluded he can't be a part of a group of people who can't see that sending his gay son away was a case of exclusivity. His father then resigned from his position on the school board

He was thinking his gay son was sent away because of his sexual differences. He further stated: 'How is it that somebody can be turned away in this day and age in our society because of what he chose to wear?
