Suicidal: Man ask for 5 Million or electrocute self

The man hanging on the electric pole was on the early hour of today hanging on an electric high tension cable in Lekki area of Lagos State, Nigeria, He isthreatening to kill himself unless he is given a whooping N5million Naira, that is approximately $25,000 . After hours of persuading him to come down, he bluntly refused insisting he would only come down if he his given the said money.

The Police and fire service men even brought inflatable trampoline for him to jump down and he refused .They finally gave up and left, prompting him to jump down . He also tried to cut himself and sustained injuries.

After being rescued he was immediately taken to Eti-Osa Primary Healthcare Center where he is currently receiving treatment. He said he didn’t know how he got to Nigeria.
