Man Stabs Man 89 Times and Rips Out His Liver for the Police to see

An illegal immigrant, Mauricio Morales-Caceres a 24 year old man from El Salvador faces life in prison without parole after being convicted of stabbing Oscar Navarro 89 times with a butcher knife and tearing out his liver with his bare hands.



Prosecutor said the criminal hardened man started stabbing his victim from the back before stabbing him in the face, then his face and chest. This happened back in December of 2014.

The hardened criminal then sliced through the victim’s body to tear out his liver and place it on his chest for the police to see.
