Someone's mum! Sexy or trashy?

I came across this picture on Instagram and decided to share it. What came to my mind when i first saw the picture was "this is someone's mum." I wander why she would have to expose her breast like that? I wander what was going on inside her when she decided to dress like that. What do you think? Is she sexy? Or is she trashy?
