ISIS  executed a 15 year old teenage boy in Syria for allegedly being gay. The teenage boy was thrown off the roof.  The execution took place in front of a large crowd. The boy was allegedly accused of being engaged in a homosexual relation with the prominent ISIS officer Abu Zaid al-Jazrawi,

A  father and a heavy drinker shot his wife and two others, killing the 3 instantly in his home on New Year's Eve before his son wrestled the gun away from him and fatally shot him, The dispute was set off over a washing machine, authorities said. The two other victims killed were the son's 48 year old girlfriend who lives at the house  and a 27-year old man who was visiting. The set off dispute was ignited when the son's girlfriend wanted to use the washing machine and for some reason angered the old man. He is said to have a large collection of guns. The son, 33-year old Christopher Morey, is now being held on suspicion of killing his father and held on a $1 million bail. Morey and his girlfriend were living together in same home with his mother and father at the time of the incident..

cultists in Kwale and Obiaruku Communities, Delta State, yesterday allegedly killed a pregnant woman and three others. witnesses stated that the cultists are members of the Ake dreaded confraternity and Vinckies confraternity who allegedly suck blood during their initiations, as they engaged in rival war. The cultists during the melee allegedly unleashed terror with cut guns and battle axes during which a pregnant woman was allegedly hit by spray bullets but Police Officers at the Obiaruku Police Division who did not want their names in print said nobody was killed. The pregnant woman identified as Mrs. Mary Ossai, was hit by stray bullets during the fight of the cultists according the witnesses. Three cultists members was said to be killed too.

Catholic Priest, Reverend Fr. Congo and Burundi refugees at Nyarugusu and Nduta camps in Kigoma Region has been given a three day ultimatum to surrender all firearms to the police posts within the camps. Prime Minister Kasimu Majaliwa gave the ultimatum on Wednesday when he visited the two camps. Speaking at the Nyarugusu camp, said refugees in possession of firearms are required to surrender them. He assured those who will voluntarily surrender their firearms, they will not be penalised but warned that after the deadline, the police will embark on a crackdown to uncover all hidden firearms and legal action will be taken against those found with it. He, prime minister also emphasised on the importance of cleanliness at the camps citing the threat of a potential disease outbreak. He also reminded the refugees to be careful and cautious of HIV/ AIDS infections and warned that the rate of infections in the area has dramatically increased.

Former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki pleaded with President Muhammadu Buhari to please allow him enjoy the bail granted him by the Federal High Court. This was  a day after Buhari had in his first presidential media chat declared that Dasuki and Kanu will  not be released because they will definitely want to jump bail considering  the heavy charges against them.
