Father cuts off both hands of 17 year old who raped 7 month old daughter.

A 25 year old father in India has chopped off the hands of a man who raped his 7 month old daughter.

The father whose name is Parminder Singh is said to have lured the 17 year old rapist away to an unknown place after a court appearance. He lured him away for a out of court settlement.

When they got to the unknown location, the father is said to have beaten up the 17 year old rapist, tied him up to a tree, and hacked off both his hands, and abandoned him next to a canal.

Locals alerted the police and he was taken to the hospital. The police said they were now hunting for the father, a brick laborer, who they will charge with attempted murder.
