A woman caught trying to steal a baby out of a pram

A 29 year old mother was pushing her daughter in a pram. The 29 year old mother then stopped to get a bottle from her bag.

A woman then tried to steal the 8 month old baby out of a pram while the mother was reaching down to get a bottle. The mother said that she noticed in time and was able to grab her child back from the abductor.

The Police have launched an investigation in to the incident and are expecting to review CCTV footage from the street.
