The retired old secretary denied the allegation leveled against her and the young Tunisian man saying they both genuinely loved each other.

The Tunisian man was 18 year old when they first met online. The young man said the age gap didn't bother him, and also saying he would loved to be husband to the 71 year old grandma because he didn't want to have any children of his own.

The old woman said since he had met the young man she had spent 3 years of quality time of getting to know he more. The old woman also said she flown to Tunisia last summer to meet him.

Five days after they both met physically, the couple decided and applied to marry each other at the Swiss Embassy in Tunis.

The court ruled that the marriage is illegal and would be a sham. The court also said the young man is trying to use emotional fraud to migrate to Switzerland.
