Government takes over Dangote brother’s Asset

The Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria has taken over Bulk Pack Services Limited, a beverage package manufacturer and supplier owned by Alhaji Sani Dangote, the younger brother of Alhaji Aliko Dangote,

The company was taken over by the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria following the failure of the company to repay their outstanding debt.

The company located at Dangote Regional Office, Oluwole Ladipo Street, Off Oba Akran, Ikeja, Lagos was immediately sealed off.

The Bulk Pack Services Limited, headed by Sani Dangote is affiliated to Dangote Group and specializes in the manufacturing and supply of packages for major beverage companies.
