Man on Wheelchair and man Driving £350,000 Lamborghini lock down in a standoff

a Lamborghini driver was confused when he was confronted by a man in a wheelchair who wheeled his chair in the of the road refusing the Lamborghini driver passage.

The Lamborghini driver confused and annoyed tries to convince the man on the wheelchair to move aside by hooting his horn repeatedly. 

The man on the wheelchair refused to move away the Lamborghini driver was then forced to get out of the sports car and angrily wheeled the man to the side of the road.

The man on the wheel chair tries to get in the middle of the road but was eventually restrained by another pedestrian who was passing by.
