Mayka Marica Kukucova, 26, shot dead his rich boyfriend in a jealous rage at his home in the beach resort of Estepona, Spain on April 5, 2014. Miss Mayka Marica Kukucova had since been held in prison in since 2014 till now when her trials begins.

Prosecutors are seeking a more than 20 year sentence term for Mayka Marica Kukucova if found guilty, alleging she killed Andrew Bush in a jealous rage when he arrived at his coastal retreat with a Russian girlfriend 3 months after Andrew Bush had broken up with her. Mayka Marica Kukucova's lawyer insists that his client acted in self-defense.
Miss Mayka Marica Kukucova told the prosecutor that Andrew Bush threatened her with an Italian made revolver when he found her at his home. Miss Mayka Marica Kukucova claimed that she had gone to Andrew's holiday home to pick up her things after their 2 years relationship ended.
Miss Mayka Marica Kukucova then said when Andrew came in with his new Russian girlfriend, he pulled out a gun when he saw her and said this is where everything ends.
Miss Mayka Marica Kukucova then said Andrew fired the gun but the gun wouldn’t fire. Mayka Marica Kukucova then said she threw herself at him, and they both got in a fight. She said she succeeded taking the gun from him and fired the gun 3 times. She shot Andrew in the arm and 2 shots to the head.
Before Andrew Bush's death, Miss Mayka Marica Kukucova had posted this on Instagram:
'I will always love you. You will always be in my heart. The man who changed my world for better. My teacher. I wish I could of saved you. RIP Andy Bush.'
After Miss Mayka Marica Kukucova had killed Andrew Bush, she placed the revolver in Andrew's left hand, took the keys to his Hummer and left the house.
