A passenger in the United States, Benjamin Purdom was kicked off the bus simply because he looks like a gay.
The driver of the bus, a woman, now under investigation after she refused to drive the young man to work simply because he was wearing a make up and she thought he was gay.
The Authorities said it will investigate whether the woman driver discriminated against a gay passenger whom she kicked off the bus.
A footage captured from the security camera was released to back up the victim's claim that the woman driver discriminated against him and kicking him out of the bus.
The video shows the victim boarding the bus and taking a seat in front of the back doors. The victim takes out his phone and appears to be doing nothing but doing something.
The footage then shows the woman driver tell him, “If you keep doing what you’re doing, I’m going to have to ask you to get off. I’m uncomfortable with you on here.” Then the victim asked what he has done.
The woman driver further said, “I’m not going to accept you being on the bus and assault me and then sit there like you’re doing nothing, but my body knows you’re doing something.”
At that point, the woman driver stopped the bus and told the victim to get off the bus.
