A 32 year old business man, Ezekiel Igbokwe killed a man he caught having sex with his wife on their matrimonial bed.
Mr. Ezekiel Igbokwe had travelled to the eastern part of Nigeria on July 25 and returned midnight of July 27 to find a stranger having sex with his wife on their matrimonial bed.
In anger, Mr. Ezekiel Igbokwe wrestled with the stranger who is Victor Olatundun by name. Ezekiel realized his strength couldn't match that of the stranger, he then dashed away from the room and returned with a cutlass.
Mr. Ezekiel Igbokwe slashed the stranger with the cutlass, first on the hand and then on the neck.
When Ezekiel realized life was going out of the stranger, he quickly put him his car and was driving him to the hospital.

On their way to the hospital, the car stopped because the car had run out of fuel. Some minutes later, the stranger died in the car.
The police arrested Mr. Ezekiel Igbokwe and his wife. Mr Ezekiel Igbokwe pleaded that he never meant to kill the stranger and that he had never met him before.
Mr Ezekiel Igbokwe said that he had never suspected his wife was having an extra-marital affair with anyone.

Mr.Ezekiel Igbokwe's 28 years old wife, Juliet, the mother of 3 has been married to Mr. Ezekiel since 2005.
Juliet said that the victim had always asked her hand in marriage but she always told him she is married. She said the victim never gave up until he ended up at their matrimonial home on that night.
She further said the victim had used black magic on her, because she can't explain what the stranger what doing in their matrimonial home and having sex with her.
She further explained: “On the day of the incident, I really can’t say if he used a charm on me. All I know is that he called me that he wanted to see me and I told him not to come; he knew my house and when he came, I didn’t know how it happened.
“He used to come and deliver snuff to me in the house. On the day of the incident, he told me he was coming from somewhere and that it was already late. He wanted to sleep in our place till the next day. He didn’t know that my husband was away.”
Juliet said her husband had not been taking good care of her and the children. She also said that since their marriage, there have been a lot of fight and quarrels, sometimes her husband would leave the house for months.
