Teacher breaks jaw of 7 year old boy for being disruptive in class


25 years old Timothy Randall Korr has been charged with child abuse, a second degree assault, and reckless endangerment of a minor. Timothy Randall Korr is accused of throwing student Trayvon Grayson, 7, against the wall.

The 7 year old suffered a broken jaw, cuts, bruises and had two teeth knocked out in the assault, while another tooth had been pushed into his gums


According to the 25 year old teacher, he claimed that he had been physically removing the 7 year old from class for being disruptive when he tripped and hit himself' on the wall, but the 7 year old's mother said the teacher's claim was not possible, she said her son cannot throw himself into the wall and fracture his jaw and lose his teeth at the same time.

But when the Police reviewed the surveillance footage of the incident, they realized what happened contradicts the teacher's story. 

The surveillance footage shows the 25 year old teacher carrying the 7 year old boy and slamming him up against the wall.


The 25 year old man had since been arrested after the surveillance footage shows his cruelty on the minor. he had been sacked from the school over the incident. 

The authorities said in a statement. 'We pray for his complete and quick recovery and for his family as well. Until the investigation is complete, we are not able to make any further statements. The 25 year old teacher faces up to 85 years in jail if convicted.
