He is an Executive of Jezco Oil, and the only son of an Oil Tycoon, Chief Sir Joseph Ezeokafor, the Founder of Jezco Oil and Vice Chairman of NIPCO PLC, which acquired Mobil Oil PLC.

He is Jowi by name and also the Managing Director of his dad's oil company, Jezco Oil. He has transformed and modernised the company since he occupied the position. He has been commended for his work ethic.

No fewer than 10 people have been confirmed dead and 5 critically injured in a motor accident at Abia Tower roundabout, Umuahia, Abia State, Nigeria.  The fatal accident involved a commercial bus with Plate Number AKL-895YY and a truck.
