A 16 year old Kansas teenage girl, Sierra Neihaus has been sentenced to 16 years in prison for fatally stabbing her 13 year old younger sister to death. Sierra Neihaus was sentenced on Tuesday in Saline County, Kansas. Sierra Neihaus was 14 at the time she  fatally stabbed her 13 year old sister, Galazia Neihaus, at the family's rural home on August 1, 2014.

A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja ‎has dismissed an application filed by Olisa Metuh asking the Court permission to traveling to the UK for a 5 weeks medical checkup. The presiding judge, Justice Okon ‎Abang, held that the court lacked the jurisdiction to entertain the application.“This is not a case of sympathy, but a case of law.‎ This court has no jurisdiction to entertain this application. The court is not a Father Christmas to give to the defendant what it did not ask for. The application lacks merit. It is accordingly dismissed.  The court cannot set aside its decision.”The judge also dismissed Metuh’s argument that his ailment can only be treated outside Nigeria. The Judge also lament why Metuh would bring his case to his court.

a Lamborghini driver was confused when he was confronted by a man in a wheelchair who wheeled his chair in the of the road refusing the Lamborghini driver passage. The Lamborghini driver confused and annoyed tries to convince the man on the wheelchair to move aside by hooting his horn repeatedly. 

A 29 year old mother was pushing her daughter in a pram. The 29 year old mother then stopped to get a bottle from her bag. A woman then tried to steal the 8 month old baby out of a pram while the mother was reaching down to get a bottle. The mother said that she noticed in time and was able to grab her child back from the abductor. The Police have launched an investigation in to the incident and are expecting to review CCTV footage from the street.

  A man believed to be in his mid 30s has died falling from the sky to the ground after his parachute failed to expand. He suffered severe injuries to his head and legs and was not breathing when ambulance officers arrived at the scene.. The man fell between 10 to 20 meters after his parachute collapsed in on him, rather than expanding outwards. A doctor from the intensive care paramedic and a number of staff from the Queensland Ambulance Service tried reviving him, but there were no signs of life, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
